Shipping Policy
All ACME Orders within North America are shipped from our warehouse in Calgary, Canada. We try our hardest to get orders processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours of them being received, but due to volume, sometimes it takes a little longer.
Shipping ceramics is heavy and delicate - so we are very diligent with our packing quality and materials. We include a lot of strong void filler and packing buffers to ensure your order arrives safely and undamaged. On the rare occasion that damages do happen, please send us an email at orders@eightouncecoffee.ca along with a photo of the damaged items and packing slip, and we will provide you with a refund or a replacement, free of charge!
Please note that orders placed and shipped outside of the contiguous United States are shipped at the risk of the buyer - Eight Ounce Coffee will not be responsible for lost/damaged items.
Freight Forwarding
Due to our distributor agreements, we are unable to permit Freight Forwarding for Acme items.
This policy is also meant to protect our customers as all warranties are voided in the event that products become damaged in freight forwarding. If we detect a violation of this policy, we unfortunately will have to cancel and refund the order. Charges should show up bank in your account within a couple of business days depending on the banking institution.

Shipping Methods
DHL Express Worldwide - 1-3 business days
We currently ship all orders (below 220 lbs.) using DHL Express Worldwide, or with Canada Post if the address is a PO Box)
We have temporarily paused shipping via other carriers due to recent reliability issues concerning customs delays, package returns, and delivery inconsistencies. Using DHL ensures a more seamless and reliable cross-border delivery experience.
Heavy Freight Shipping (LTL/Pallet) - 4-10 Business Days
We ship orders that weigh more than 220 lbs. through a cross-border LTL carrier.
