Recommended Shipping Deadlines
Standard Shipping: Place your order prior to December 11 for delivery by December 24 in Canada and the USA
Express Shipping: Place your order prior to December 18 for delivery by December 24 in Canada and the USA
Due to the influx of orders during this busy time of year, it may take us a little longer than our standard 1-2 business day turnaround to get your order out the door. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details. Please note, shipping carriers do not provide delivery guarantees during peak season.
All ACME Orders within North America are shipped from our warehouse in Calgary, Canada, with all customs clearance charges paid for by us (within the contiguous United States). We try our hardest to get orders processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours of them being received, but due to volume, sometimes it takes a little longer.
Due to our shipping volumes, UPS provides us with a seamless cross-border delivery, and you can expect to receive your order within a few days, depending on the mode of shipment selected at checkout.
Shipping ceramics is heavy and delicate - so we are very diligent with our packing quality and materials. We include a lot of strong void filler and packing buffers to ensure your order arrives safely and undamaged. On the rare occasion that damages do happen, please send us an email at orders@eightouncecoffee.ca along with a photo of the damaged items and packing slip, and we will provide you with a refund or a replacement, free of charge!
Please note that orders placed and shipped outside of the the contiguous United States are shipped at the risk of the buyer - Eight Ounce Coffee will not be responsible for lost/damaged items.
