Out of Stock Items
First of all - we're so sorry that you're not able to find what you're looking for right away. This is one of our biggest priorities, so when we run out of stock on an item, it's probably almost as heartbreaking for us as it is for you! We do everything possible to try to keep everything in stock for you, but every once in a while, unforeseen circumstances will arise and you'll see the dreaded "OUT OF STOCK" banner on a product. Rest assured it will likely come back into stock soon!
Sign up for a stock alert: on every out of stock product page, there's an "EMAIL WHEN AVAILABLE" button right beside the product image. Click that, enter your email address, and we'll send you an alert the second your sought-after kettle, dripper or milk pitcher is back in stock. These alerts are directly connected to our inventory levels, so you won't have to worry about us flawed humans remembering to notify you.
If you are buying cups for a café, restaurant, hotel or for commercial use, fill out the following form to apply for wholesale pricing. We will approve your account or contact you for more information within 24 business hours.
Once approved, you will be given a discount code to give you a large fixed percentage discount off all Acme products.
Order is incorrect / received wrong item / damaged on receipt
While we try our hardest, sometimes errors happen: it's sad, but true! However we will do our upmost to fix any situation as quickly as possible.
If you received the wrong item, are missing item/s, or have received something that you didn't order, please e-mail us at email@example.com with the following info:
- Your order number
- If damaged on receiving it, a photo
- Whether you would prefer a replacement or a refund?
Providing us with the above information, and anything else you think is important, will allow us to address the problem in the quickest time possible.
