Shipping

Here's a full list of available shipping options to Acme USA customers in the contiguous United States:

  • UPS Standard — 5–7 business days
  • Canada Post Expedited Parcel USA — 4–7 business days
  • UPS Worldwide Expedited — 2–5 business days
  • DHL Express Worldwide — 2–3 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method. Due to cross-border shipping costs and import fees, we're unable to offer free shipping on Acme USA orders.

We process all orders within 24–48 hours of placement. From there, delivery times depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout — anywhere from 2 to 7 business days within the contiguous United States.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to follow your package. Tracking information is usually active within a few hours of the email being sent.

If you haven't received a tracking email or are having trouble locating your order, reach out to us at hello@acmecupsusa.com with your order number and we'll look into it.

Yes — we ship Acme products to many regions outside the contiguous United States and Canada. If we're unable to ship to your location, you'll be notified during checkout.

Please note that for orders shipped outside of Canada or the U.S., our warranty does not apply and shipping is at the buyer's risk. We're unable to take responsibility for items damaged in transit on international orders.

First, double-check that the delivery address on your order confirmation is correct. Then check around your property — carriers often leave packages in a sheltered spot — and check with neighbours or building management who may have taken it in.

Occasionally, packages are marked as delivered a day or two before they physically arrive. If your package still hasn't turned up after 48 hours, please reach out to the carrier directly with your tracking number, and contact us at hello@acmecupsusa.com so we can help investigate.

We take great care in packaging our ceramics, but shipping complications can occasionally happen. If anything in your order arrives damaged, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery at hello@acmecupsusa.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged item(s)
  • Whether you'd prefer a replacement or a refund

We'll sort it out for you.

Unfortunately, we're unable to permit freight forwarding for any of the brands we carry. This policy is in place to honour our distributor agreements and to protect our customers — all orders must ship directly to the end recipient.

Applications from freight forwarders will not be approved for wholesale accounts.

Wholesale Accounts

We offer bulk discounts to verified Acme wholesale customers. To access wholesale pricing, you'll first need to apply for an Acme wholesale account — please read the eligibility requirements carefully before applying.

Once your account is approved, you'll receive a discount code by email that applies your wholesale pricing at checkout on all Acme products.

Yes! We offer a one-time sample package where you can order 3 mugs and 3 matching saucers at a 100% discount — you only pay for shipping. It's a great way to experience the look, feel, and quality of Acme products before placing a bulk order.

Yes! Custom branding is available across the entire Acme mug and cup range. For details on the process — including minimum order quantities and how to submit artwork — please reach out to custombranding@eightouncecoffee.ca.

If you're a verified Acme wholesale customer and forgot to apply your discount code at checkout, please get in touch as soon as possible at hello@acmecupsusa.com with your order number. We'll do our best to apply the discount retroactively, though we may not be able to do so if the order has already been processed and fulfilled.

Orders & Pricing

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@acmecupsusa.com with your order number (e.g. ACME_12345). We process orders quickly, so the sooner you reach out, the better our chances of catching it before it ships.

If your order has already been fulfilled, we won't be able to cancel it — but you're welcome to initiate a return once it arrives.

If you need to make a change to your order after placing it, please contact us immediately at hello@acmecupsusa.com with your order number. We'll do our best to accommodate the change before your order is processed, though we can't guarantee it depending on where the order is in the fulfilment process.

We're sorry about that! If you receive an incorrect or missing item, please reach out to us as soon as possible at hello@acmecupsusa.com with your order number and a photo of what you received. It's also worth checking your packing slip in case any items were shipped separately.

We'll work quickly to make it right.

All Acme orders ship from our warehouse in Alberta, Canada, and cross the U.S. border on the way to you. As of early 2025, due to new U.S. tariffs, we're no longer able to absorb the cost of importing Acme products into the United States.

Import fees are now charged separately at checkout.

Returns & Warranties

We want you to love everything in your order. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll accept returns within 30 days of the package arrival date. Please contact us at hello@acmecupsusa.com to start the process.

Please send items back with as much of the original packaging as possible — enough to ensure they survive the return journey. We're unable to accept returns on products that arrive back to us damaged.

Refunds are issued once the returned product has been received and inspected by our warehouse. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless there is a defect in the product.

All Acme cups and dinnerware fall under the Eight Ounce Coffee warranty policy on ceramics, which covers damage reported within 7 days of your order being delivered.

We encourage you to inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If you notice anything damaged or defective, please reach out immediately at hello@acmecupsusa.com with:

  • A photo of the damaged item
  • Whether you'd prefer a replacement or a refund
